RP12000 Round-Rod Wet Blasting Equipment

DasiAuto RP12000 round-rod wet blasting line shown in the original product photograph

Continuous wet blasting for round rods, with rotating part feed and application-specific loading and unloading.

Process Overview

Continuous Treatment for Round Rods

The RP12000 is a fully automatic in-line wet blasting system for cleaning, roughening, scale removal and rust removal on round rods. Its published application range also includes cylindrical components such as bushings.

Round rods feed continuously through the blasting chamber and can rotate during travel to expose their entire circumference to blasting. Loading, unloading, abrasive selection and the possible phosphate process are configuration options to confirm for the application.
