Wet Blasting Equipment
CP1800 Wet Blasting Equipment for Complex Parts

Wet blasting, degreasing and cleaning for complex parts, with clamping, loading and nozzle configurations matched to the workpiece.
Process Overview
Wet Blasting for Complex Part Geometry
The CP1800 is designed for degreasing complex-shaped workpieces, with automatic cleaning and rinsing. Workpiece examples include forgings, castings, 3D printed parts and gears; changing the clamping arrangement adapts the setup to different parts.
Automatic or manual front-loading systems, customized hangers, and loader/unloader options can be matched to the part. The blasting chamber also offers options for one or more blast nozzles and workpiece rotation.
