Double-Sided Processing for Thin Plates

The PP2000 is designed for degreasing and cleaning both sides of lead frames and other thin plate-shaped workpieces. Its conveyor arrangement combines wet blasting with automatic cleaning and rinsing. Changing the clamping arrangement adapts the setup to different workpieces.

Applications listed for this model include semiconductor resin deburring, removal of overmolding from embedded LED chips, LED package deburring and removal of non-conductive layers from LTCC boards. Ceramic plates, metal plates, films and adhesion improvement for thin plates are also included in the product information.
