TR3000 Spherical Blasting Media for Surface Finishing

Spherical wet blasting media for surface cleaning, semigloss finishing and peening. Treatment creates uniform micro-pits for a semigloss texture, and the media can be recycled and reused multiple times.

Material & Application

Surface Cleaning and Semigloss Finishing

TR3000 is described as spherical media made from materials such as glass bead or zirconia. The particles clean the workpiece surface by impact or rubbing, with minimal damage.

Semigloss Surface

Treatment forms uniform micro-pits on the surface, producing a semigloss texture.

Peening & Deburring

The particle size distribution is suited to peening or deburring.

Reusable Media

The media can be recycled and reused multiple times.

Particle Size & Distribution

The published particle size range is normally 170–325 mesh for spherical glass or zirconia media.
